Pickup (Primary Method)

  • Orders are pickup-only from Wylie, TX (exact address shown at checkout and on your confirmation).
  • Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you’re running late, contact us; we’ll do our best to accommodate within business hours.
  • You may send a courier (Uber, etc.). Once picked up, responsibility transfers to you.

U.S. Shipping for Frozen Foods

  • Ship day: Tuesdays only. Orders placed after Tuesday ship the next Tuesday.
  • Where we ship: Most U.S. addresses. (Some addresses may be ineligible due to carrier limitations.)
  • Transit & tracking: We email tracking once the carrier scans the package.
  • Temperature & handling: Please ensure someone can receive the package the day of delivery and move items to fridge/freezer immediately.
  • Weather/Delays: We are not responsible for delays once a package is with the carrier.
  • Wrong/Incomplete addresses: Customer is responsible for address accuracy; carrier fees for address corrections or returns are the customer’s responsibility.
