Terms and Conditions

1) Services
LickFinger Kitchen LLC (“we”, “us”) provides (a) everyday and family meal orders (“Individual Orders”) and (b) event catering (“Event Catering”).
2) Ordering & Payment
Event Catering
- Deposit (non-refundable): 15% due when the invoice is accepted to secure the date.
- Final payment: Due 3 weeks before the event.
- Changes: Guest counts/menu changes must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior; late changes may incur fees.
Individual Orders
- Initial payment: 50% due when placing the order.
- Final payment: Remaining balance due before pickup.

- Please send payment confirmation to the same email or our phone number.
3) Pricing
Prices may change with market fluctuations. Once a deposit (events) or initial payment (individual orders) is received, the quoted price is honored for that order.
4) Cancellations & Refunds
Client cancellation—Events
- > 1 month before event: refund of payments excluding the non-refundable 15% deposit.
- Within 3 weeks of event: non-refundable.
Client cancellation—Individual Orders
- Cancel within 1 hour of placing the order: full refund.
- After 2 hours: non-refundable.
Company cancellation
- If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will issue a full refund.

5) Pickup & Third-Party Couriers
- Current service is pickup only at our Wylie, TX location (address provided at checkout/confirmation).
- You may send a third-party courier (e.g., Uber). Once the order is handed to the courier, risk of loss/temperature control transfers to the customer.
6) Frozen Food Shipping (U.S.)
- We ship frozen items on Tuesdays only, to U.S. addresses. Orders placed after our shipping day will ship the next Tuesday.
- Tracking will be sent once the carrier scans the package.
- We are not responsible for delays or damage after the carrier takes possession. Please plan to receive and refrigerate/freezer-store promptly on delivery day.
7) Allergens & Food Safety
Our dishes may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., eggs, fish, dairy, nuts, wheat, soy). Customers are responsible for communicating allergies and for informing their guests. By ordering, you agree to hold LickFinger Kitchen LLC harmless for reactions where we were not informed in writing of specific allergies.
8) Leftovers (Events)
Leftover food at events becomes the client’s property. Proper storage/handling is recommended for safety.
9) Equipment & Rentals (Events)
Any equipment we provide must be returned in the same condition. Losses/damages will be billed.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, utility outages, carrier disruptions, illness, government actions).
12) Governing Law & Acceptance
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. By paying an invoice or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
