Return Policy

Prepared Food (Individual Orders)
- Cancel within 1 hour: full refund.
- After 2 hours: non-refundable (ingredients prep/production begins).
- No returns on prepared/perishable food for health & safety reasons. If there’s a quality issue, contact us same day with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Event Catering
- Deposit (15%) is non-refundable.
- > 1 month before event: refund of payments made excluding deposit.
- Within 3 weeks of event: non-refundable.
- Changes to guest count/menu must be made 3 weeks prior; late changes may incur fees.
Frozen Items Shipped
- All sales final once shipped. If a carrier delay or damage occurs, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll assist with a carrier claim and evaluate a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Order Not Picked Up
- If an order is not picked up on the scheduled day and no alternate arrangement is made within business hours, the order may be discarded for safety and is not refundable.
