🍽️ Food Orders
How do I place a food order?
Order directly on our website: browse the menu, add items to cart, and choose a pickup date/time at checkout. You can also call/text (214) 836-4863 if you need help.
How soon can I pick up my order?
We require a 2-day minimum lead time. For example, if you order on Monday, the earliest pickup is Wednesday. (No same-day or next-day pickup.)
Do you offer delivery?
Not at this time. You’re welcome to send a courier (e.g., Uber) to pick up your order. Once a courier takes possession, responsibility for temperature/handling transfers to you.
Where do I pick up?
Pickup is in Wylie, TX. The exact address and instructions appear at checkout and in your confirmation.
How should I reheat my food?
Most dishes reheat well in a 350°F oven for 10–15 minutes. Rice warms best with a light splash of water. Message us if you’d like dish-specific tips.
What if I have food allergies?
Please list allergies in your order notes and/or text us. Our kitchen handles common allergens (e.g., eggs, fish, dairy, nuts, wheat, soy). We’ll advise options, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

How do I book catering or a private event?
Visit our Catering & Events page or contact lickfingerkitchen@gmail.com / (214) 836-4863. We’ll gather your details and send a proposal.
What are your catering payment terms?
A 15% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Final payment is due 3 weeks before the event.
What’s your catering cancellation policy?
- More than 1 month before the event: refund of payments excluding the 15% deposit.
- Within 3 weeks of the event: non-refundable.
Can I change guest counts or menu items?
Yes—please submit changes at least 3 weeks prior. Late changes may incur fees.
🧊 Frozen Food Shipping (U.S.)
Do you ship food?
Yes—frozen items only. We ship to most U.S. addresses.
When do you ship?
Tuesdays only. Orders placed after our ship day go out the next Tuesday. You’ll receive tracking once the carrier scans the package.
How should I handle the package?
Please make sure someone can receive it on delivery day and move items to the freezer immediately.
What if my package is delayed or arrives warm?
Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please open a claim with the carrier. Email us your order number and we’ll share the tracking/order/packing details you need for the claim.
💳 Payments & Accounts
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online checkout (cards/wallets supported by Shopify). For some invoices/custom orders, we also accept Zelle: lickfingerkitchen@gmail.com (include your order number in the memo).
Do I need an account to order?
No. Creating an account helps you track orders and speeds up future checkout, but it isn’t required.
For individual meal orders, can I cancel?
Yes—within 1 hour of placing your order for a full refund. After 2 hours, orders are non-refundable (production begins quickly).

Pickup & third-party couriers
You may send a courier (e.g., Uber). After pickup, risk of loss/temperature control transfers to you.
Returns & refunds (prepared food)
For safety, no returns on perishable items. Quality concern? Contact us same day with photos.
Frozen shipments
All frozen shipments are final once shipped. We’re not responsible after handoff to the carrier, but we’ll provide information to support your claim with the carrier if needed.
Allergens
Our dishes may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Please notify us in writing; we’ll advise what’s possible.
