๐Ÿšจ Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

  • If a damaged item is part of a matching presentation set that can no longer be purchased individually, the client is responsible for the replacement cost of the entire set.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Equipment Misuse

Clients are responsible for ensuring proper use of all equipment.

Examples of misuse include:

Late returns or inaccessible equipment may result in additional fees.

๐Ÿงผ Cleaning Expectations

Basic cleaning is appreciated but not required. However:

  • Equipment returned in excessively dirty or damaged condition may incur additional cleaning or replacement fees.
  • Please do not use abrasive sponges (like steel wool) or harsh chemicals on acrylic risers or display glass, as this causes permanent scratching and will be billed as damage.
